The P-FEX ZN6 is a fire extinguisher mount that fits solely the ZN6 chassis (A.K.A. BRZ, GT86 and FRS). This design is one of my favorites, with no exposed mounting bolts the bracket almost looks like Toyota put it there…. Subaru put it there, Scion? These are meant to keep the full functionality of the interior without the need for drilling, cutting, hammering, welding, self-tappers what ever you thought you had to do before you realized somebody spent the time to build this.
Production: These mounts are hand-made in Michigan, United States. Due to the production process these there is a lack of pictures and documentation. The Extinguisher
• We use an economical Home1 unit because of their resilience and ease of access.
• We are not the manufacturer’s of the extinguishing unit and will not be liable for the damages or faulty operation of the Fire Extinguisher. The extinguisher itself is not meant for automotive use. We utilize this unit as an added extra when shipping out the product occasionally and our product can be modified to accept different extinguishers designed for motorsport/automotive use.
What’s with the O-Ring?
If you look around the box that you receive, you will see an o-ring. This what we like to call our simple but effective, anti-rattle hardware! Above is a video on how to install it to the extinguisher for long lasting repeatable use. You can reach out to us and we will make sure you get it set up. This O-ring prevents the rattling from the trigger of the Fire Extinguisher as well as retains the safety pin in its location with all the extra forces and vibrations are exerted on it because of track use.

The ZN-8 (GR86) chassis has not been tested for fitment. So at this moment the claim is that it does not fit.
